Who in the world does not know that Nissan sold more than thousand cars IN USA UNDER NISSAN NAME WELL BEFORE 1994! Nissan motor company has been in existence under that name since June 1, 1934. It ceased being "Datsun" in the US beginning the fall of 1981. Both are WELL before Mr. Nissan sucked-up the domain name. I still think Nissan Motor Company should have caved...or simply payed Mr. Nissan a bunch of $$ rather than suing...but at least you should have your facts straight about the company's use of that name...
