Since Canada has no DMCA is it illegal for me to post this?
Really, I’m just curious. I’ll take it down if it is.

About Brian Damage:
Who is Brian really?
I live in Toronto, Canada, and work for an IT firm. That's about as much real-world info I'm comfortable divulging here. What you read on my blog is the real Brian, but, for the sake of freedom of speech, I feel most comfortable leaving a gulf between my cyberspace and meatspace personae.
Who is Brian at work?
My ridiculous job title is "Marketing Specialist" since I wear so many hats at work. I'm a technical writer, a specialist in enterprise search technologies, an electronic forms designer, a newsletter author, system administrator... but I'm in the Marketing department so for the time being I'm stuck with this inauspicious title.
Chicken.
You’ll post about some weird drug you tried, by not a number? And you even hide it in a picture! Don’t make me post it in a comment!
I’ve used graphics or deep linking to obscure a few iffy legal topics in this blog. I don’t admit to or commit anything illegal here (except discussing my stance on music sharing).
However, unless you advertise a product unsolicited I do not censor my comments. I didn’t write them and I take no responsibility for the contributions of others. Post what you will. I’ll only remove it if a lawyer demands it.
Here’s a couple of posts where I beat around the bush:
